SOAR Aviation exists to remove one of the greatest barriers to ministry impact: time, cost, and access. By providing Kingdom-focused air transportation

THE VISION

CEO Dallas Morris

SOAR Aviation was not born from a business idea, a fascination with airplanes, or a desire for expansion. It was born from obedience.

In the midst of global uncertainty, restriction, and fear during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Lord spoke clearly and persistently: redeem time, remove barriers, and prepare a way. What began as a simple prompting to pursue a private pilot’s license unfolded into a Kingdom assignment—one that merges ministry, aviation, stewardship, and obedience.

This vision is rooted in a divine principle: every hour saved from travel is an hour multiplied for the Gospel. Air transportation is not a luxury in the Kingdom—it is a tool for acceleration, precision, and obedience. Where roads delay, borders restrict, and schedules limit, aviation redeems time and restores flexibility to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

SOAR Aviation exists to take the Gospel where commercial travel cannot—quickly, safely, affordably, and in alignment with God’s timing.

Why Air Transportation Matters to the Kingdom

God is a God of order, timing, and purpose. Throughout Scripture, movement has always mattered—whether it was Abraham going when God said go, Paul traveling city to city, or Jesus moving with urgency to meet those in need.

Air transportation redeems time in three critical ways:

  1. Time Efficiency – Flying can increase ministry time by up to 70% by reducing hours lost to ground travel.
  2. Cost Stewardship – In many mission contexts, aviation reduces total costs when factoring fuel, vehicles, manpower, and lodging.
  3. Spiritual Flexibility – Aviation allows ministries to respond immediately to God’s direction without being constrained by infrastructure or schedules.

In practical terms, what once required days of travel can now be accomplished in hours—turning travel time into altar time, prayer time, and Gospel time.

This is not about speed for convenience—it is about obedience with excellence.

Why God Would Choose Someone Like Me

I did not grow up in aviation. I did not come from wealth, connections, or flight schools. I came from the battlefield.

From the early 1980s through 1995, I served in the United States Army, including eight years as a Special Forces Green Beret medical professional. I was trained to operate under pressure, in hostile environments, with limited resources, high accountability, and no margin for error.

God often chooses people whose past training aligns with future assignments.

My military background taught me: - Discipline and obedience under authority - Risk assessment and mission planning - Operational security and safety-first decision making - The willingness to go where others will not

SOAR Aviation requires more than pilots—it requires stewards, servants, and leaders who understand that missions are not about comfort, but calling.

I jumped out of airplanes into danger for my country. Now God has asked me to fly airplanes to bring hope, healing, and the Gospel.

That contrast is not accidental—it is redemption.

A Vision Built on Stewardship, Not Ego

God made it clear early on that this ministry must be built slowly, wisely, and sustainably.

SOAR Aviation follows a disciplined growth model: - Charter → Lease → Own - No shortcuts - No ego-driven expansion - No compromising safety or compliance

This vision includes: - A nonprofit mission arm focused entirely on Kingdom impact - A separate for-profit charter arm designed to generate predictable revenue that stabilizes ministry flights

This dual-engine model protects the mission from donor fatigue, ensures legal and financial integrity, and allows SOAR to say “yes” more often—without compromising stewardship.

The measure of success is not aircraft owned or hours flown.

The measure is the number of hours of ministry redeemed.

What SOAR Aviation Is Called to Do

SOAR Aviation exists to serve: - Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists, Teachers - Missionaries and mission teams - Humanitarian relief and disaster response ministries - Strategic Kingdom operations where access, safety, and timing matter

This ministry will: - Absorb the majority of trip costs through partnerships and sponsorships - Minimize time away from families - Provide Kingdom-minded pilots, operations, and stewardship - Maintain the highest standards of safety and excellence

SOAR does not fly for prestige. It flies for purpose.

Why Now

The world is becoming less accessible to the Gospel through traditional means. Restrictions, costs, and hostility toward Christian ministry are increasing.

God is not reacting—He is preparing.

The image the Lord placed in my spirit remains clear: an aircraft engulfed in holy fire, landing briefly to ignite revival before lifting off to spread the flame again.

SOAR Aviation is a tool for that fire—not the source.

Final Declaration

But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles.” – Isaiah 40:31

“I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus.” – Acts 20:24

SOAR Aviation is a Kingdom aviation transportation ministry.

The mission is clear. The structure is sound. The runway is being built.

Now we fly in obedience.
